Privacy policy

doQvault keeps your documents, key details and deadlines in one place. This policy explains what we collect on this website, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the preview waitlist and the product, we never sell it, and we never use it for marketing.
What we collect on this site
- Sign-in identity. When you apply for the preview waitlist or activate an invitation, you sign in with Google or Microsoft. We receive your name, email address and which provider you used — nothing else. We never see your password and never gain access to your files, calendar or contacts.
- Waitlist application details. What you enter in the application form: company name, business type, current tools, location, and any optional fields you choose to fill in.
- Referral and campaign context. A referral code or campaign tag if you arrived through one.
- Technical basics. Your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and abuse protection, and your browser’s time zone and language help us schedule communication sensibly.
How we use it
- To review your waitlist application and match you to a preview wave.
- To email you about your waitlist status and preview access — never marketing.
- To keep the waitlist free of duplicate and automated entries.
We are software providers, not data brokers. We will never read, sell or share what’s inside your vault, and we don’t sell or share your waitlist details either.
Deleting your waitlist application
If you joined the waitlist but don’t have a doQvault account yet, your application is the only thing we hold. Email support@doqvault.com from the address you applied with and we’ll delete your application and confirm once it’s done.
Deleting a doQvault account
If you’ve been onboarded into the doQvault product, account and organization deletion is handled inside the app — see Settings > Privacy once you’re signed in. Deleting your waitlist application does not delete a product account, and a waitlist application does not create one.
Where your data lives
Waitlist data is stored on our own infrastructure and is accessible only to the small team reviewing applications. We keep it for as long as the preview programme runs, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
